1. Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from KINTATSU.

1.2 Orders & Payment

• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
• Payment is required at the time of order.

1.3 Pricing

• All prices are in USD $ and do not include taxes, tariffs, or import duties.
• Shipping costs are added at checkout.

1.4 Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

1.5 Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.


2. Shipping Policy


2.1 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2.2 Shipping Destinations

• Europe, The United States(temporarily suspended*), Australia, Canada, South Korea, Singapore, Hongkong, Taiwan.
• *Due to the current situation and recent changes in regulations, Japan Post has temporarily suspended all shipments to the United States.
• Contact us if your country is not listed.
• We do not send to PO Boxes.

2.3 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• All shipping is done through Express Mail Shipping (EMS) with Japan Post, unless stated otherwise.
• Express Mail Shipping (Japan Post): 3–10 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates; customs or postal delays may occur.

2.4 Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees.

2.5 Order Tracking

• Tracking numbers provided via email.
• Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours.

2.6 Responsibility

• All orders remain our responsibility until successfully delivered.

2.7 Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
• Contact us immediately if items are lost or damaged.

3. Return & Refund Policy


3.1 Eligible Returns

• You received the wrong item.
• The item is damaged, faulty, or defective.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Change of mind / preference is not eligible for returns.
• This includes all correctly shipped, undamaged items.

3.3 Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a return.

3.4 Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped.
• If available, you may choose to receive a replacement product.

3.5 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
